Professional service with a lovely personal touch
The whole process of selling my flat in Mount Florida was quick, professional and stress-free thanks to Dario and Karen. From my first phone call with Karen to request a valuation to Dario's visit to value my property, they were so friendly and helpful with great local knowledge and I instantly got a good vibe about Unicorn.  The process from there moved so quickly, photography was done, surveyor visited and within just over a week we were on the market with viewings lined up.  Communication throughout was on point, Karen was super pro-active in following up with viewers, giving good advice and taking the lead on price negotiations.  They also recommended a local solicitor which helped the process flow super smoothly too.  All in all I couldn't recommend Unicorn highly enough, a very professional service with a lovely personal touch.
